We had the best tour 12/27/17. Our guide, Julian, was fantastic! He was friendly and informative. He even showed me a few tricks to unlock the nuances in the wines. Their wines are impeccable. Their olive oil is delicious and the farm to table concept is legendary. The way that they use and reuse every resource was inspiring. One of the things I found so impressive was the exterior walls of the caves being made of from the excavated dirt. Pure genius! Julian walked us through the process from vine to bottle, touched on food pairings and showed us how to appreciate the wines. Thanks to this tou,r my wife, who’s not been open to wine in the past, now has a greater appreciation and hasn’t stopped talking about her new love for wine. After the tour we enjoyed lunch. The farm to table concept brings a freshness to the food that is unmatched. Thanks so much for such a great visit. I highly recommend this place.
