The tiny but densely populated city of Male represents a contrast to the laid-back beach resorts found in much of the rest of the Maldives.Do your shopping at Male Fish Market and Island Bazaar. Hukuru Miskiiy (Old Friday Mosque) and Medhu Ziyaarath will appeal to history buffs. Next up on the itinerary: examine the collection at National Museum, walk around Sultan Park, get interesting insight from Tours, and stroll through Hulhumale Beach.
