Named after the "Yellow Mountains" with which the region has long been associated, Huangshan offers access to UNESCO-listed sites both natural and man-made.
Get out of town with these interesting Huangshan side-trips: Xidi Ancient Village (in She County) and Hongcun Ancient Village (in Yi County). And it doesn't end there: take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mt. Huangshan, take in breathtaking views at Emerald Valley, take in the natural beauty of Huangshan Hot Spring, and walk around Huangshan Geopark.

Beijing to Huangshan is an approximately 4.5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. Finish your sightseeing early on the 14th (Fri) so you can drive to Wuhu.
