Kolkata (Calcutta), India to Ishigaki is an approximately 10-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 3.5 hours traveling from Kolkata (Calcutta) to Ishigaki. When traveling from Kolkata (Calcutta) in June, plan for a bit cooler days in Ishigaki, with highs around 37°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 32°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Wed) to allow enough time to ride a ferry to Iriomote-jima.

Iriomote-jima

A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
On the 6th (Sat), take in the views from Ikema Ohashi Bridge, take in the views from Irabu Ohashi, thenkick back and relax at Toguchi no Hama, thenstep off the mainland to explore Shimojiiima Island, and finally head off the coast to Irabu-jima Island. Traveling by ferry from Iriomote-jima to Miyakojima takes 5 hours. June in Miyakojima sees daily highs of 36°C and lows of 30°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 8th (Mon) to allow time for travel to Yakushima-cho.

A popular destination for Japanese tourists, Kumage-gun Yakushima-cho is a true paradise for nature lovers, with over 1,900 species and subspecies of plants.
On the 9th (Tue), make a trip to Wilson Stump, make a trip to Jōmon Sugi, thenexplore the stunning scenery at Shiratani Unsuikyo Valley, and finally make a trip to Taikoiwa. On your second day here, explore the striking landscape of Yakusugi Land and then examine the collection at The Yakushima World Heritage Conservation Center.

Do a combination of flight, bus, and ferry from Miyakojima to Yakushima-cho in 11.5 hours. Prepare for little chillier weather when traveling from Miyakojima in June: high temperatures in Yakushima-cho hover around 30°C and lows are around 24°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 10th (Wed) early enough to travel to Kyoto.

In June, plan for daily highs up to 32°C, and evening lows to 22°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 12th (Fri) to allow time to drive to Kanazawa.

Traveling from Kyoto in June, expect nights in Kanazawa to be about the same, around 20°C, while days are a bit cooler, around 28°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 13th (Sat) to allow time to take a train to Tokyo.
