  • This magnificent architectural reminder of past times was started in the 11th century and completed in the 12th century. You'll notice that it lacks a nave - the large rectangular part of a church that houses the congregation. It collapsed in the 15th century and was never rebuilt. This church is central to the commune of St-Sulpice, as you'll notice by looking at the communal flag and the flower garden at the entrance to the commune off of Route 1.
