Collection de l'Art Brut features the artistic works of individuals who have been in prison, a psychiatric institution, or have had psychiatric difficulties. Three floors of temporary and permanent exhibits feature an array of expressive visual pieces, each accompanied by the story behind the artist. Note that your bags must be put in a locker upon entry, and photography is prohibited. The gallery may not be appropriate for young children given the mature content of some of the works.     I was so fascinated by this mxuseum. Perfect place to visit alone, or with an introverted friend. ☺️ I spent 3-4 hours there, slowly walking around the exhibits, reading the artists' interesting...  more »

    Very kind lady on the desk. Free when you have a swiss pass. Many arts which created by quite wounded people. Opens at 11am. Highly recommend to visit.

    The art itself was pretty cool, but most of the artists were normal people not formally trained in art rather then individuals on the "fringes of society"
