  Been there in December 2018. Interesting heritage site. Coming on Sunday means finding it very crowded (mostly local people). Very few western tourists. Reception level is quite low compared with western standard: no toilets, few information plates (almost all of them are written only in Sinhalese) and basically no English speaking personnel.
