    I visited on a rainy day in November. It's down a back street so if you don't know it's there you'll miss it. I love Ukiyo-e so this was a must see for me. They had a really lovely collection over 3....  more »

    I quite like the museum. It’s small but really informative (in Japanese). Many of works’ description doesn’t have a translation so I think for non-Japanese readers have troubles in understanding the concept of these though.

    Small museum, I go throguh museums and art slowly and I spent maybe at most 90 minutes here. It's just two levels maybe around 25 art works on each level. Has seating in the middle, English descriptions for most things that have Japanese descriptions but some big pieces of information, for example stuff that labels traditional kimono and it's parts and description is not in English.
