Great experience here! We wanted the waterfall onsen and so did other guests we came with, we loved the onsen and spent an hour relaxing in the lobby afterward while the other guests we carpooled with used it next. The hosts were very curteous and kind! they served us water as we sat on their nice couches in the lobby, which was perfect afterward. Great service and great place! Be advised you can't go into the waterfall though.

Went on a rainy day and nobody else was there so we had the whole place to ourselves. It was beautiful and off the path away from where most tourists go. The nature surrounding the onsen was peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this onsen!
