Villa Gamberaia is a seventeenth-century villa near Settignano, outside Florence, Tuscany, Italy.

It is it characterized now by eighteenth-century terraced garden. The setting was praised by Edith Wharton, who saw it after years of tenant occupation with its parterre planted with roses and cabbages, and by Georgina Masson, who saw it restored by Sig.   • Cost of the entrance for the garden visit: € 20 per person € 15 per person for students. A visit to the villa interior costs, in addition: € 20 per person for individuals and students Even if not necessary, a booking to visit the gardens is appreciated. The visits to the interior of the Villa are reserved for the groups of a minimum of 10 persons and the cost is € 10 per person (by reservation only and closed Sundays). From Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 12 noon, individuals and groups of less than 10 persons may visit the interior of the villa, preferably by appointment.
  • The garden and the house are a fantastic piece of history, offering an amazing view over Florence and the surrounding hills. Very friendly organisation. Great place for a wedding party, or just to settle few days when visiting Florence and Toscana.
