  • Restored after the earthquake of 2012 that had severely marked it, the Basilica, whose origins date back to the year 1000, reoccurs in all its splendor. A Latin cross Plant, with three naves and a large transept and deep apse tending to the Baroque. The Most interesting pieces are present in the side chapels where there are valuable paintings by various artists including the painting of San Carlo Borromeo in prayer made by Guercino.
