  It was described as an AC room only to find out that it was broken. The unscrupulous female started yelling over the phone that she cant fix it due to lack of a technician. On top of it she justified it saying it was not that hot when it was sweltering @ 85 degrees. This is one of the worst maintained places that I have ever stayed. Please look elsewhere if you don't want to ruin your vacation.

  I am rating their restaurant! During my visit to Italy, I visited over 20 restaurants . This place is by far the worst. I do not know how they are open for business. The location is their only savior. Food is horrible. This is not italian food. The cook is not Italian nor does his food taste authentic. No taste and it’s overpriced. In your way into Venice do not stop in this place. KEEP WALKING!
