You must first go to the small reception pavilion where you will be sold your tickets. While waiting for your visit (new start every 30 minutes), you can walk a little 5 minutes to the site where the Viking house was originally located. Traces are still visible. At the time of your visit, you enter the house and the guide tells you historical facts about the Vikings and a saga. It was very interesting and the length just perfect (about 30 minutes). Our guide spoke French, English and Icelandic. A stroke of luck, I imagine the other guides speak English and Icelandic.
