Walk along the paths at Nourlangie Rock to see ancient Aboriginal rock art and shelters. The 1.5 km (5,000 ft) circular walk takes you around hand-painted images on the rock walls of the Rainbow Serpent, spirits, and other mythical Aboriginal creatures. You will see a diverse range of wetlands birdlife and aquatic animals. The climb to the lookout is rather steep, so be careful when ascending.
